2019 CHRISTUS Spohn Lyceum

The CHRISTUS Spohn Foundation announces the 2019 CHRISTUS Spohn Health System Lyceum will be on Tuesday, April 9 at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi. Our speaker will be

ALAN M. DERSHOWITZ,

The Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Emeritus, at Harvard Law School

Mr. Dershowitz has been called the “winningest” criminal lawyer in modern history.  He has published more than 1,000 articles in magazines, newspapers, journals and blogs and is the author of 35 fiction and non-fiction works with a worldwide audience.  In addition to his numerous law review articles and books about criminal and constitutional law, he has written, taught and lectured about history, philosophy, psychology, literature, mathematics, theology, music, sports and even delicatessens.

The proceeds from this year’s Lyceum will help support Our PATH Forward (People & Actions Transforming Healthcare) and the CHRISTUS Spohn – Shoreline Interventional Radiology Department.

Our Interventional Radiology physicians and team provide the residents of South Texas with innovative, minimally invasive treatments and lifesaving diagnostic skills.  The medical care provided by our Interventional Radiologists allows patients to receive state-of-the-art treatments in Corpus Christi instead of having to travel out of town to receive medical care.
