CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Memorial and HALO-Flight officials on Tuesday announced the addition of an intravenous drug used to treat bleeding in trauma patients.

The drug, tranexamic acid, has been used in hospital trauma centers, but now will be added to the services of the life-flight air-ambulance service.
